Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges
that this purchase of a condominium unit at 0(:EAN VII.IAGIi Or lr<r1T11IN.5ON ISI.ANh
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his lUllt is located and Exhibits attached thereto, incl~xling but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to tine Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Riles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
_ plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid he-
claration and Fxhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the;Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and f
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in tl~e aforedescribed
• Condominium covenant acid agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purci~aser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
- are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (havers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiuun parcel being co~iveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Ikclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of tl~e Property Owners' Association and said Rirchaser ass~nnes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiuun parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations acid inducements, iF any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O+.ner's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made oi• intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
