condominium of the highest standards, and Grantee, for and on be}ialf of himself,
his heirs and assigns, agrees to abide by all the terms of said docuuments.

ship Agreement (anti any amendments, addend~uns and/or supplements thereto) by

of apartments in the Condominium and further ratifies and confirms the execution
