Defendant, CONTINENTAL CASUALTY COMPANY'S Motion for Summary
Judgment, and the Court having granted said Motion, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
That the Plaintiffs, TONY SAMUEL NETTLES, a minor,
by and through his mother and next friend, JEANETTE NETTLES -and
JEANETTE NETTLES, individually, take nothing by this action from
said Defendant; and that Defendant, CONTINENTAL CASUALTY COMPANY,
go hence without day, the said Defendant having no taxable costs
herein.
