SUMMARY JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 15th day of May,
1979 on the Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, and the
court finding from the pleadings, exhibits, and from the affi-
davit filed by Plaintiff that there is no genuine issue as to
any material fact and that the Plaintiff is entitled to a 3udg-
ment as a matter of law, it is hereupon
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID as follows
1. That Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
recover from Defendants, DEERFIELD CONSTRUCTION, INC., ALLIED
BUILDING MATERIAL SUPPLY CORPORATION, and ROBERT GALLO, the sunrof

" $21,400.56 as principal, and the sum of $1822.15 as interest, for
a total of $23,222.71, for which sum let execution issue.
