of a certain mortgage given by ROGER W. WILBER and ALICE J. WILBERT, his wife of

to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOLLYWOOD, bearing date the 22nd day of

in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of

in the certain real property described in the Master Form Deed t
of Turtle Reef Condominiums 1, recorded in Official Record
Book 256, Page 235, subject to divestment as set forth in said
Master Form Deed and upon such divestment an internal ownership
consisting of Unit Week 28 in Condominium C-11 and Unit Week 45
in Condominium C-1, consisting of Apartment Number C-11 and C-1
respectively, and its undivided share of the common elements of
Turtle Reef Condominiums .l, as such is described in said Master
Form Deed.

has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge satisfaction
