State of Florida at Large, CELESTE J. DE FLORID, Attorney-in-Fact for
DR. HARRY I. WEXLER, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that
she signed the foregoing bailbond in the above-styled cause as Attorney-
in-Fact for Surety, DR. HARRY I. WEXLER; that Surety-knows the purpose
for which said bond is given and the conditions contained therein, and
agrees to the terms of Suretyship; that DR. HAC I. WEXLER is quali-
fied as a Surety and is the sole owner of real property situated in St.
Lucie County, Florida, the legal description anci value hereof set forth;
that said property is not exempt from forced sale by the Constitution,
and the laws of the State of Florida, nor is it homesteaded; that the
undersigned is not surety on any other bonds; that the property herein
described is free and clear of encumbrances, to-wit:
Lot 2, and the West 1/2 of Lot 3, Block 24, SUNLAND
GARDENS, as per plat thereof on file in the public
