After notice, this proceeding came before the court on
19 7~ for hearing upon the verified petition to determine competency, at
which time the alleged incompetent (mss) (was not) present aid was rep-
resented by counsel.
The court,hav-ing considered the report of the examining committee
appointed by this court and the evidence adduced a.t the hearing, finds
that RESTER ANDERSON is incompetent by reason of :
Mental retardation =moderate to severe. ~ lF.
Accordingly, it,,,is adju9ged that •RESTER ANDERSON
is incompetent .within the meaning pf 744.331 Florida Statutes, and that

shall file forthwith a proper

petition for appointment as guardian of the person of said incompetent•
