1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
a beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of WILLIE J.
STOCKTON, executed on the 6TH day of AUGUST, 1976. The Peti-
b oner's name and address are HILDA FOXX, 3214 Kentucky Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and the name and address of Petitioner's
attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
i 2. Decedent, WILLIE J. STOCKTON, whose last known
address was 3105 Avenue R, Fort Pierce, Florida, and, if known,
f whose age was 55 years old and whose social security number is
~ 262-20-4004, died on June 20, 1977, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at

the time of death decedent was domiciled in Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
