The Respondent, JAMES WALTER WARREN, answers the Petition

filed sub ~udice and states: .
1. The Respondent admits Paragraphs 1, 3, 4, and 6 of
Petitioner's Petition and all but iiret allegation of Paragraph 2.
2. The Respondent has no knowledge of the allegations con-
. tained in Paragraph 7. I

3. The Respondent denies that he necessarily will be an
adverse party to the said estate. Furthermore, the .Petitioner has
proved no priority under Florida Statute $733.301 to serve as the
Decedent's Perr~onal Representative. Respondent denies first
allegation of Paragraph 2.

1. The Respondent has an interest in the above estate as
the natural father. Respondent's name-and address are: JAMES
WALTER WARREN, Route ~~3, Box 518, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450. The i

name and address of Respondent's attorney are set forth at the end
of this Petition.

2. Decedent, LATREASA JOY WARREN, whose last known address
was Rt. 3, Box 518 Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450, was three years of age

when she died on September 4, 1978, at Lake City Florida. At the ~
time of her death, Decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of the
estate, their addresses and relationships to the Decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors are:
