WHEREFORE Respondent requests that he, JAMES WALTER WARREN,
and not PATSY JEAN WARREN, be appointed Personal Representative of
the estate of the Decedent, or alternatively, that the Respondent
JAMES WALTER WARREN, and the Petitioner, PATSY JEAN WARREN be i
appointed Co-Personal Representative of the estate of the Decedent.
