KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in j
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation-under the laws of the State of f
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the~use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege `
and easement to construct an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
A 12 foot wide easement area.
The West 6 feet of Lots 1 thru 11 and the East 6 feet of Lots 12 t
thru 22 all in Block 51; and the West 6 feet of Lots 9 thru 12 and
the East 6 feet of Lots 13 thru 16 all in Block 52; and the West
12 feet of the East 146 feet of Shelly Road (a vacated road) bounded
between Blocks 51 and 52. Said easement being in San Lucie Plaza--
Unit #1 Subdivision located in Section 33, Township 34 South, Range ;
40 East.

and to place such poles and attachments thereto, across and on, ~
said land as may be necessary in the construction of said line, }
including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all {
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to r
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con-°
struct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
shall be placed or installed on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own
the said land and have the right to grant this easement.
