ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
THERESA McNEALY, born 1/21/64; JOHN IVERY McNEALY, born 10/8/65;
CYNTHIA ELLALOUISE McNEALY, born 10/26/66;
child
~ minor children, the sum of S 10.00 per week,per / plus and additional TidxBQt: $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
16th day of April 19 79 ,and thereafter on Monday
of each and every _ week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,

Clerk of Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court for Mecklenburg

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
