paid by the Grantee, the receipt o w ich is hereby acknowledged, has
sold and by this deed does convey fee simple title to Grantee, its
heirs, successors and assigns, in and to all that tract of land locate •

to a Railroad Rail, a Point of Reference: From said Point of Reference

Beginning and the Southwest corner of the tract herein described.:

existing bulkhead on the westerly shore of the Indian River; thence
