The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
surviving spouse and sole beneficiary under the decedent's Last Will
and .Testament. Her name and address are as set forth in Paragraph 3,
and the name and address of her attorney are as set forth at the end
of this Petition.
2. Decedent, JOSEPH WEST, whose last known address was
5 Moshier Street Greenwich, Connecticut 06830,
whose age was 67 years, and whose Social Security Number was -
080-03-7047, died on November 23, 1978, at Greenwich, Connecticut, and
at the time of death decedent was domiciled in Fairfield County,
Connecticut.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiary of this

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent owned real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The assets of this Estate and their estimated values are
as follows:
Lot 16, Block 22, Unit 3, LAKEWOOD PARK, according
F to the Plat thereof as recorded in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
