6. The value of the entire Estate subject to administration
in this State does not exceed $10,000.00. -
7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be
distributed as follows:
To SADIE WEST, sole beneficiary under decedent's
last Will:
Lot 16, Block 22, Unit 3, LAKEWOOD PARK, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last Will and
Codicil to last Will .probated in the Court of Probate, District of
Greenwich, District No. 057, which Will and Codicil comply with
§732.502(1) and §732.502(2), Florida Statutes, accompanies thin
Petition, together with authenticated copies of the domiciliary probate
proceedings.
11. The decedent's Will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
j WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will
and Codicil to last Will be admitted to probate and that an Order of

t Summary Administration be entered directing distribution of the
assets in the Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in
Paragraph 8 of this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
