- further give and grant to my said Executrix, in and for the
performance of her duties as such Executrix, full power
and authority to borrow money, to pledge, lease+ mortgage,
sell, convey, exchange or otherwise dispose..of the whole or
any part or portion of my estate and property, real, persona
or mixed, at public or private sale, at such time or times,
and for such price or prices, and upon such terns as she
in the exercise of her 3udgment may deem expedient, hereby
giving and granting to my said Executrix, full power and

- authority to make, execute and deliver in due form of law
any and all notes, pledge agreements, leases, mortgages,
- deeds, assignments, exchange agreements, or any other
instruments in writing, wi th or without covenants, as may
be by her deemed to be necessary, or which may be or become
necessary or proper. I?ty Executrix shall also have authority

to make any division or distribution of my estate or any
part thereof required by the provisions of this;in7i11 in _
kind, that is to say, in real estate, tangible 'personal
"property, stocks, bonds, mortgages, or other property,
according to the absolute discretion of my Executrix, and -
at such valuations as my Executrix may establish therefor
