ORDER OF SUI~tARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of SADIE WEST for Summary Administration of
the Estate of JOSEPH WEST, deceased, the Court finding that the
decedent died on the 23rd day of November, 1978; that the Petitioner
is the only interested person in this Estate; that the material
allegations of the Petition are true; and that an Order of Summary
Administration should be entered, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:
To SADIE WEST, surviving spouse and sole beneficiary:
S Moshier Street
Greenwich, Connecticut 06830
Lot 15, Block 22, Unit 3, LAKEWOOD PARK, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the

~ decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to

~ receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that debtors of the decedent, those
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or
~ other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and
~ empowered to comply .-ith this Order by paying, delivering, and trans-
~ ferring to those specified above the parts of the decedent's Estate
