LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP OF THE PROPERTY
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, GERARD G. CARUSO has been appointed Guardian of the
property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO, a minor, and has taken the prescribed
oath, and.performed all other acts necessary to qualify as such
Guardian;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Judge of the above entitled
Court, declare GERARD G. CARUSO duly qualified imder the laws of the
State of Florida to act as the Guardian of the property of JOSEPH
JAMES CARUSO, a minor, with full power to administer the estate of
said minor according to law, and to take possession of and to hold,
for the benefit of said minor, all the property of said minor, and of
the rents, income, issues, and profits .from it.
