PETITION FOR ORDER
AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY ~
The Petitioner, GERARD G. CARUSO, alleges:
1. Petitioner is the Guardian of the property of JOSEPH ~
JAMES CARUSO, a minor.
2. The above-named minor is the beneficiary of a trust '
created by his grandmother, MARIE CARUSO, as evidenced by that certain
deed recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a
copy of which is attached hereto, said property being titled in the ,
name of "GERARD G. CARUSO, IN TRUST FOR JOSEPH J. CARUSO, a minor".
3. GERARD G. CARUSO, in his capacity as Trustee, desires to

sell a portion of said property, and in order to convey clear titZe

to the purchaser, it is necessary that GERARD G. CARUSO, in his
capacity as Guardian of the property of said minor, execute and
deliver a Guardian's Deed.
4. The portion of said real property herein sought to be

~ sold is described as follows:
F Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 5, of SUNSHINE STATE
; LAND COMPANY'S "JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Sub-
` division of SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 11,
~ Township 35 South, Range 39 East, as recorded
~ in Plat Book 10, at page 70, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ 5. The above-described real property has an appraised value
~ of $2,680.00,. and GERARD G. CARUSO, in his capacity as Trustee, has
3 received an offer to purchase said property for the sum of $7,600.00
# cash, which is well in excess of the appraised value.
