7. GERARD G. CARUSO, individually and as Trustee, has filed
his waiver and consent to the net proceeds received from the sale
being made payable to the Guardian of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO, a minor.
WNEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an Order be entered
authorizing him to sell the property on the terms and conditions
set forth in this Petition.
Under penalties of per~ury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
