- ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
This cause coming on before this Court upon the Petition of
GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO,
a minor, and the Court having determined that it is in the best
interests of the minor that certain assets be sold in order to pro-
vide funds for the health, welfare and education of the minor, and ?
that the best interests of the minor would be served by the sale of ~

the property at a private sale for a cash purchase price of $7,600.00, #
and the Court finding that all interested persons have consented to
the entry of this Order, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of
the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO, a minor, is hereby authorized to
sell the following-described real property:
Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 5, of SUNSHINE STATE
LAND COMPANY`S "JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Sub-
` division of SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 11,
~ Township 35 South, Range 39 East, as recorded
E in Plat Book 10, at page 70, of the Public
~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ for cash at private sale in the amount of $7,600.00. And it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the net proceeds received from

~ said sale be made payable to GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of the
