This cause coming on before this Court upon the Petition of
GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of the property'of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO,
a minor, and the Court having determined that it is in the best
interests of the minor that certain assets be sold in order to pro-
vide funds for the health, welfare and education of the minor, and
that tt~e best interests of the minor would be served by the sale of
the property at a private sale for a cash purchase price of $1,600.00,

and the Court finding that all interested persons have consented to
the entry of this Order, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of
the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO, a minor, is herebq authorized to
! sell the following-described real property:

Lot 2, Block 4, of SUNSflINE STATE LAND COMPANY'S
! "JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Subdivision of SW 1/4
; of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at
E page 70, of the Public Records of St. Lucie

~ for cash at private sale in the amount of $1,600.00. And it is

~ said sale be made payable to GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of the
