or for or by reason of any other matter or thing whatever; that no person,
firm, association, or corpora~ion has the right to assert a mechanics', or
other statutory lien for unpaid labor or materials furnished to the above
described property, or for or by reasen of any other matter or thing, what-
ever, within the past twelve months; and that no notices of intention to
~ claim lien or other cautionary notices of any kind have been served with
