FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 3rd day of
May, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, and observed the
demeanor and physical cond~tion of the witnesses, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband of Nife noW
exists between the parties; and that the marriage is ircetrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DANIEL J.
MAYNARD, Husband, and GAIL MAYNARD, Wife, be and the same is hereby
' dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
; freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
i .
~ and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor child of the parties, to-
~
€
; wit: DANIEL J. MAYNARD, JR., age 7 months, is hereby awarded to
~ the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
~
~ The Husband shall not, however, have such right of visitation until
~
~ such time as he begins paying child support as set forth below.
; ~ 3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing on the date that

DANIEL J. MAYNARD seeks employment, he shall pay to the Wife the
s
' sum of $25.00 each and every week for the support of the before-
~
named child; said sum to continue until such time as the child
~
~ reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supporting.
