him remitted promptly to GAIL MAXNARD. In addition, there is
hereby assesaed the sum of 52.00 as statutory costs to be added
to e~ch payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, maney o~dez or cashiers check. Both oi the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all t~mes while this Order is in effect.
The Wife's addxess is 606-A South 13th Street, Fort Pierce,
- F~orida 33450.
The Court having heard the testimony of the Wife that she
_is 4 1/2 months pregnant with the child of the parties; it is
expressly held that the above provisions do not prejudice the
rights of either party to petition this Court for the mod~fication
of this Order!
4. MEDICAL BILLS: The Husband shall be required to pay the
medical bills arising out of the birth of the minor child of the
parties, and in the event that the Wife is pregnant with an issue
of this marriage, the Husband shgll be required to pay the medical
bills arising therefrom. There ex~sts at present a bill in the
amount of $350.00 which the Husband sAall and he is hereby ordered
to pay within a reasonable time.
' S. PERSQNAL PROPERTY: Each party i~ hereby awarded his or

i her respective personal property and the other party shall and is
i hereby ordered to return said property forthwith. .

~ 6. COSTS AND ATTORNEY'S FEES: Each party shall, and is

; hereby ordered, to pay his or her own attorney`s fees and costs.
~ The parties shall and they are hereby ordered to endorse the income
i
~ tax return check which is due for the calendar year 1978, and turn
~ the same over to the attorneys in this matter in order to pay
~ attorney's fees. In the event there is a remaining balance after
~
' attorneys' fees and costs be paid, said overage will be paid directly
~
to the Wife as and for child support.
~ 7. HUSBAND'S F~iPLOYMENT: The Court finds that the Husband
is physically able to be employed at this time.
~ 8. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
~
~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
~
