This cause came on for trial the i x~~day of , 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter ;

of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the f
- ~
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken ~
~
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED aAd ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between IDA QUEEN ELLIS and JOHN
ELLIS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them '
;
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of CATHY ELLIS, JOHNNIE MAE ELLIS and
; GARZARIS ELLIS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to IDA
i
i QUEEN ELLIS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to J~IN ELLIS.

E 3. CHILO SUPPORT: Commencing the i g n+ day of ,

j 1979, JOHN ELLIS shall p~r to IDA QUEEN ELLIS the sum of ~85.00 each and

3 every week for the sUpport of the children named above; said sum to continue
~ until such time as all children reach majority, marries or becomes self-

g supporting. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
~
~ him remitted promptly to IDA QUEEN ELLIS. In addition, there is hereby
~
~ assessed the sum of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shail be made in cash, money order or
~
i cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised
a

~ of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in
~
~
~ effect. ~
