4. COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES: The Court determines the sum of
s250.00 to be a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney for his services therein
and JOHN ELLIS is ordered to pay said attorney said swa together with costs
herein assessed at s45.00. ~
5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties are hereby en3oined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other and JOHN ELIIS
is further restrained from any mental and/or physical harassment or intimidation
against IDA QUEEN ELLIS.
8. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
