O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on May 10, 1979,
upon Petitioner's Petition For Support and Respondent's Motion To
Strike and Motion For Modification of Alimony; Petitioner being ,
present through Assistant State Attorney, ROGER G. ORR, and Respondent
being present and with his attorney, OSBORNE O'QUINN, and the Court
having heard testimony and arguments of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
1. Respondent's Motion To Strike is denied.
2. This Court finds it has jurisdiction to modify the
Judgment Decree of Divorce entered by the Court of Common Pleas,
Franklin County, Ohio, in Case No. 75 DR-08-3262, filed the 18th
day of March, 1976, wherein Respondent was ordered to pay alimony

in the amount of $35.00 per week.

! 3. Respondent is hereby ordered to pay alimony to
i
, Petitioner, NINA SUE HOPKINS, in the amount of $50.00 per month,
~ plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving
i
~ and disbursing payments. These payments are to begin on the first
i day of June, 1979, and thereafter on the first day of each and
I
~ every month; said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's
~
a check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce,
R Florida, and the said Clerk shall make payments payable to Clerk
~
~ of Courts and mail same to Clerk of Courts, Cashier's Office,
50 East Mound Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
