This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been pres~nt in
Caurt, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,

the sum of $25.00 per week, plus child support for the benefit of
TRACEY STEWART, born 5/29/60; LESLIE STEWART, born 2/5/62; STEVEN
STEWART, born 1/16/64; and DEBORAH STEWART, born 11/14/66;
per plus $100.00 per month on arrears,
minor children, the sum of S 25. 00 child p~ week/ plus an additional~id~d~Ek $2. 00
for payment of Clerk's fce for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to bepn on the
llth day of May , 19 79 , and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Luc ie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Floridaf and the said Glerk s,hall transmit the said payments to Steuben County Support
Collection Unit, P. O. Box 233, Bath, New York 14810.
