The undecsigned hereby informs all concerned that improvements will
be made to certain ceal pcoperty, and in accordance with Section 713.13 of the Florida
Statutes, the following information is stated in this Notice of Commencement:

The legal description is attached hereto
as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.

3. The name and address of the owner artd fee-simple title holder of
said real propecty is HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PAItTNERSHIP~ a Florida

4. Said Owner's interest in the site of the improvements is fee
si mple.
5. The name and address of the contractor is iVIORGANTI SOUTH,
INC., 1213 Omar Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401.
6. The name and address of the surety on the payment bond
is: None. .
JOSEPH M. CONNORS. 2400 South Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, is hereby designated as the person upon whom notices or other
documents under the Florida Mechanic's Lien Law shall be served, and service upon
him shall constitute service upon said Owner.
