ORDER
THIS MATTER came on to be heard before the Court
uponithe Suggestion of Bankruptcy filed on behalf of WOODRIFT,
INC., and the Plaintiff's Reply thereto, and the Court having
considered the premises, finds and determines:
That the personal property which is the subject matter
of this suit is not in the hands of the Trustee in Bankruptcy
but is that property described in paragraph 6(c) of the
Stipulation between the Plaintiff and the Trustee, which is
; dated January 6, 1979, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court by
i
an Order dated March 27, 1979.

That by the terms of the said Stipulation and Order,
!
~ Plaintiff is specifically authorized to proceed to obtain and
~
~ sell said pxoperty. Therefore, it is
a
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Suggestion of Bankruptcy
does not apply and the Plaintiff is authorized to proceed with
~ this cause of action against WOODRIFT, INC. WOODRIFT, INC. shall
~ file responsive pleadings within ten (10) days from date hereof.
