MOTION FOR ORDER VALIDATING SUBPOENAS
The Plaintiffs, TENA AIELLO and FRANCIS AIELLO, her husband,
moves for the entry of an Order validating all trial subpoenas
heretofore issued by any of the parties in the above canse as the
trial of this cause has been carried over to the jury trial calendar
of Tiay 29, 1979.
