VICTORIA ROBERSON, Defendant-Counterclaimant, takes and
enters her appeal to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District
of Florida to review the Judgment and Order of the Circuit Court
for Saint Lucie County, Florida bearing the date of April 18, 1979
and entered and recorded in OR Book 307, Page 650 and OR Book 307,
Page 653, respectively, and recorded on April 19, 1979. The nature
of the Order appealed ~rom is a Summary Judgment of Foreclcsure and
Order on Motion to Strike. All parties to said cause are called
upon to take notice of the entry of this appeal.
