2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessa~
and to the best interest of the Estate to sell the above-described

real property in order to provide funds for distribution of this ~

Estate. ;

~ purchase the above-describe real property from the Estate, a copy
i of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". i
