I, GEORGE PATTERSON, residing at 29 Virginia Avenue,
Hempstead, County of N~tssau, State of New York, being of sound
and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my Last ~Yill and Testament.
FIRST: I hereby revoke all prior ~Yills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
SECOND: I direct my Executors to pay all of my just
? debts, the expenses of my funeral and of the administration of
my estate.
THIRD: I hereby give, devise an~ bequeath my entire

not be required to furnish any bond.
FIFTH: I authorize my Executors to sell, mortgage,
f lease, convey and otherwise dispose of any and all property,
