Administration of the ~state of George Patterson, Deceased, the court
find~n~ that the decedent died on the 29th day of September 1970 and
was at the time of his death a resident of the state of NeM York and ~
that the decedent~s Will Mas duly ad~itted to Probate and 8ecord in the
Surroqate•s Court of Nassau County, a court of Probate ~urisdiction;
and that a duly authenticated copy of the Will, the Petition Por
Probate and the Order admitting them to Probate in the proper Court in
the domiciliarq state have been filed herein by the petitioner; that
all interested peraons have been served proper notice of this ~hearing~
or have aaived notice thereof; that the decedent died more than three
~ears bePore the Petition for Ancillary Summary Administration waa filed
herein; that the material allegations of the petition are true; and that
an Order oP Summary Administration should be entered, it is
~ ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and

~ Testament of GE08GE PATTEHSON~ Deceased, is admitted to Probate according
! to Lax, as for the Last Will of the decedent.
