The petitioner, CHRISTOPHER SHAY, alleges: ~
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
a cousin of the decedent and as the named personal represen-
tative in her will. Petitioner's name and address are:
Christopher Shay, 1114 Rosedale Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450,
and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Katherine M. Hodge, whose last known address
was 2611 Fairway Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, died on
March 30, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida and at the time of her
death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, all of whom are over the age of 18 years, their
