because he is nominated as such by the decedent's last will
and testament.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are real and personal property less than $60,000
in value.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked c~ill or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
March 12, 1971, and one codicil thereto, dated March 9, 1972,
accompany this petition.
9. Petitioner, as personal representative nominated
by the decedent's will, as a cousin of decedent and a beneficiary
under her will, alleges unto the Court that he has diligently
sought to ascertain the whereabouts of the two subscribing wit-
nesses to the decedent's will and to the codicil, one of whom
on each instrument is known to be deceased; and he has been
unable to locate either of the other witnesses to the will and
codicil respectively.
10. Petitioner alleges unto the Court as personal repre-
sentative nominated by the will that he not only verily believes,
but is certain, that the writings exhibited are the true last
will and testament and one codicil thereto executed by the
' decedent.

~ appointed personal representative of the Florida estate of the
~ decedent, to serve without bond, bond having been expressly
