The petition, DANIEL J. LUNSMAN, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the brother and sole heir of WILLIS L. LUNSMAN, deceased.
Petitioner's name and address are: DANIEL J. LUNSMAN,
686 - 17th Street, Apartment 31, Vero Beach, FL 32960,
and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as
set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, WILLIS L. I~JNSMAN, whose last known
address was 7403 Roberts Road, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce,
FL 33450, whose age was 65 and whose social security
number is 717-09-4893, died on May 11, 1979, at Fort
Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
; of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,

and the ages of any who are minors, are:
