6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are: residence, cash and securities valued
at less than $60,000.00.
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner
is unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of decedent.
8. Petitioner acknowledges that he is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State
of Florida; that he will faithfully administer the estate
of said decedent according to law, and that he hereby
designates CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, whose residence address is 151 Hartman
Road, Fort Pierce, Florida as his agent or attorney for
service of process in any suit or action against him in ~
his representative capacity, or personally if such personal
action accrued in the administration of this estate.
Petitioner requests that he be appointed personal
representative of the estate of the decedent.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE
READ THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE
BEST QF MY KNOWIEDGE AND BELIEF.
