Before me, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared
this day, DORIS MARIE PRESLEY, who being first duly sworn, says:
That my nat*.ie is DORIS MARIE PRESLEY and that I am the
Treasurer of the Board of Directors of HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION SECTION 1~ INC., a corporation not for profit,
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and
that as such officer, I am duly authorized to ~ake this Claim of Lien.
That the aforesaid corporation is tne association responsible
for the operation of HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
SECTIOi1 1~ INC.~ as provided in the Declaration of Condominium recorded
in 0. R. Book 230, Page 2201, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
That this is a Claim of Lien for unpaid maintenance fees,
penalties on the unpaid maintenance fees and attorney's fees as pro-
vided for in the Declaration of Condonlinium, as follows :
