SATISFACTIOI~ AND RELEASE OF TAX LIEN ~
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, the undersigned on or about october 13, 197a
issued a warrant against Mark & Floyd Castlow, d/b/a Atlantis
Surf Shop, 749 N. 4th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida
for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for st. Lucie
County, Florida, on october 13, 1978 , in o. R.
Book 295 , at Page 2948 ; and
WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the
tax lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant, satis-
fied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax having
been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I hereby,
pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy said

lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit Court note

~ on the record of the said tax warrant the filing of this satis-
~
~ faction with him.
