AFFIDAVIT
STATE'OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Personally appeared before me the undersigned authority ANITA M.
LO PRESTI, who after being duly sworn, upon her oath deposes and says as
follows:
1. That she is an employee of OLYt~IC TITLE ~ ABSIRACT COMPANY
doing business in Fort Pierce, Florida;
2. That she was personally involved in the preparation of those
Warranty Deeds transferring title to IVORY ZELDA WEAVER filed
of record in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for the purpose of i~suing title insurance policies on those
properties;
. 3. That the legal descriptions on said properties are as follows:
Lot 18, Block S, HAR;KONY HEIGHPS NO. 4, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Pg 71 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Lot 11, Block 21, SUNLAND GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pg 32 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida;
4. That, due to a scrivner's error, the marital status af the
grantee, IVORY ZELDA WEAVER, was stated as married adult;
S. That, marital statuswss, in fact, a single adult;
Further Affiant sayeth naught. _
