From a point 2193•4 feet north of the south line of Section 33, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, lying on the East right-of-way line of McCarty Road; said line
being 33 feet east of the Section line; the bearing for the east right-of-way line
of McCarty Road is assumed north for the purpose of this description; from the
aforesaid described point, ~un North 89° 10' 30" East 2076.62 feet to the Point
of Beginning of the parcel to be herein described; said point also being on the
westerly right-of-way line of 11 Mile Creek; thence following said westerly
right-of-way line, ru~ North OS° O1' 37" East 211.67 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave to the east having a radius of 300 feet and a central angle of 36°
