5. MABLE MUCH, whase address is 2212 Avenue "R",
Ft. Pierce, Florida, 32450, and who is qualified under the laws
of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of
decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as
personal representative because she is the mother of the deceased
and a heir according to the Will which is a part of this pro-
ceeding and she is competent to administer this ancillary pro-
ceeding.
6. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be
pending in another.state, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish
of St. Tammany, State of Louisiana, Case Number 7299.
7. Th~ nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are:
Lot 3 in Block 96 in the Meyerhoff Re-Subdivision in the Garden
City Farms located in Section 5 Township 35 South Range 40 East
valued at $640.00
Lots 12 and 13 in Block 98 of the Meyerhoff Re-Subdivision re
corded in Garden City Farms in Section 5 Township 35 Range 90
East valued at $1,820.00
Lot 17, Block 2, of Clyde Killer's Addition to the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida, according to a plat of said addition recorded
in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being a subdivision of the E~ of E~ of NW; of NE; of
Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East valued at $1,090.00
Lot 6, of Block 2 of ELDORADO SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 8, page 2 of the St. Lucie County Public Re-
cords valued at $990.00
Lot 17, Block 2, MAGNOLIA PARK, a subdivision of the W~ of the NE:
of the NE; of Section 8, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as
~ per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 27 of the Public

5tate of Louisiana, Case Number 7299, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner request that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that MABLE MUCH be appointed personal representative
~ of the Florida estate of the dece~ent.
