FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 21st day of
May, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all ~

the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: '

1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between JAMES H. LESTER,
! Husband and JEAN WARREN LESTER, Wife~ be and the same is hereby
i
~ dissolved, and the parties ar.d each of them are hereby forever
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ;
~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. PROPERTY: The Separation and Property Settlement _
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein ;
by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the pro- f

visions thereof. `

~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME: JEAN WARREN LESTER be and she ;

~ is hereby authorized to assume her former name of WARREN and to
