THIS CAUSE was heard on the lOth day of May, 1979, upon the Oral
Petition for Modification of Order on Rule to Show Cause and Order of Contempt
entered by this Court on February 22, 1979, of the Respondent, and the Petitioner
being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the Respondent having
appeared in person in Open Court and not having been represented by counsel, and
the Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID that the Respondent's Oral Petition for Modifica-
tion shall be and it is hereby granted in that the Respondent shall have until
MAY 30, 1979, to pay $400.00 on the arrearage in the amount of $810.50 and if the
Respondent does pay $400.00 by May 30, 1979, he shall have until JULY 4, 1979,
to pay the balance due of $410.50. However, if the Respondent does not pay
$400.00 by May 30, 1979, the full amount of the arrearage in the amount of $810.50
shall become due and payable upon May 30, 1979.
ORDERED A11D ADJUDGID that as punistnnent for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on MAY 30, 1979, if $400.00 has not been paid on the arrearage in the
amount of $810.50, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $810.50, plus $2.00 statutory
f fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
, County or if the Clerk's office be closed, to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, who shall promptly remit said amount to the Clerk of this Court, together
~ with costs of this arrest. You and your duly authorized deputies are therefore
C ORDERED to arrest the said LESLIE JAMES WALKER, SR. on said date and
~ deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the
~ above described ~udgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court, this Court
and the Petitioner's attorney shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is
further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent until the
above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee,
