A Motion for Enforcement for child support having been
filed for an arrearage due owing and unpaid and the Court having taken
testimony of all parties, determines that the equities are with the
wife and the husband shall be responsible for child support during
visitation periods when the final decree of divorce is silent
thereunto. It is noted that there is no provision for an increase in
support when the son is visiting his mother. It is, therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that RICHARD FRANK WOLF is delinquent

~ in his support payments to the wife in the sum of $100.00 together

~ with $9.50 costs to be paid within a reasonable time from the date
