recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of

conveyed unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A florida Corporation and assigns, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
(5450,000.00) Four Hund~ed Fifty Thousa~d and NO/100 DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:

Florida Corporation to release the premises hereinafter described. being part of said
mortgaged premises~ from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

tion, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good
and valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said HIODEN RIVER ESTATES
DEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership; BERNIE THAMES and AIEXANDRIA TNAMES, his
wife; MARK E. STEVENS and BETTY J. STEVENS. his wife; CNESTER C. CHAMBERS, Sr., and
NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his wife; and STANLEY HICKS and LELA M. HICKS, his wife at the time
of the executian hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, dces remise,
~elease. quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said HIODEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, a 6eneral Florida Partnership;
BERNIE THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES, his wife; MARK E. STEVENS and BETTY J. STEVENS,
his wife; CHESTER C. CNAMBERS, S~.~ and NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his wife; and STANLEY HICKS
and LELA M. HICKS, his wife their heirs and assigns. all that piece, parcel or tract
of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
