FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the verified
Petition for Adoption filed in this cause, and it appearing to
the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt
the minor child sought to be adopted and that the best interests
of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child
is suitable for adoption by Petitioners, ROBERT PAUL FORBES and
JANE MALLON FORBES, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as
JOSEPH ROBERT FORBES is de:.lared to be the legal child of the
Petitioners, ROBERT PAUL FORBES and JANE MALLON FORBES, and is
given the name of JOSEPH ROBERT FORBES by which name he shall
herafter be known, and ~t is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child,
' JOSEPH ROBERT FORBES, shall be the child and legal heir of the

i Petitioners, ROBERT PAUL FORBES and JANE MALLON FORBES, entitled
! to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations
~ of a child born to Petitioners, ROBERT PAUL FORBES and JANE

~ MALLON FORBES, in lawful wedlock.
